Every bundle features Either 6 or 12 of our signature oversized, bakery-style jumbo muffins (baked fresh at 5:00 AM) and either 1 or 2 COMPLIMENTARY, insulated 96 oz. travel carafe/s. We provide the cups, the lids, the stirrers, and the condiments FREE of charge—you just take the credit.
The Golden Rule: Orders placed by 8:00 PM will be ready for pickup tomorrow morning. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be ready the following day.

Fresh Pastries: 6 scratch-made pastries every morning. You choose up to 6 varieties, and we’ll balance your box perfectly (e.g., choose 3 flavors, we include 2 of each; choose 1 flavor, we include 6 of your favorite).
Morning Brew: A full 96 oz carafe of coffee, complete with your choice of creamer and sweeteners.
The Process: This is a pre-order window service. Place your order, and when you arrive, you can walk up to the window, pull right up to the curb, or text us via Nordic Bounty Facebook Messenger to let us know you’re here. We’ll bring it right out—no need to get out of your car.

If you ever passed by the historic House of the Blue Lights in the spring, you saw Bobby’s legendary flower beds in full bloom. She packed the front and side gardens with vibrant patches of tulips the second the frost broke, bringing a hell of a lot of color to the neighborhood. We’re channeling that same bright, lively energy into the Heritage Bakery. This is where you’ll find Bobby's seasonal favorites, holiday cookies, and our signature Julekake—baked with the exact same passion she poured into her garden.

This section of the Great Hall is dedicated to Mike’s parents—a master tool and die machinist who shaped precision components for the aerospace frontier by day, and a couple who threw the most legendary neighborhood gatherings by night. They didn't just invite you into their home; they put on a proper feed.
To honor their unmatched hospitality and a bar where the glasses were always full and the stories never ended, we’ve crafted an elite lineup of premium, shelf-stable pub provisions designed to keep the party moving:
The Blueprint Bar Mix (6 oz): An elite, heavy-duty blend of premium nuts, seeds, and savory crunches engineered to fuel great conversations and long nights.
